Real Estate Sales Specialist Position: Full Time / Part Time Location: Brisbane and Gold Coast

You will need to perform the following duties:

- List and sell properties
- Build customer relationships and liaise with clients, lawyers, building inspectors, mortgage brokers and banks
- Communicate with customers, make phone calls, and send emails on a regular basis
- Maintain high customer satisfactions and seek feedback from clients
- Assisting with open homes and inspections
- Conduct necessary marketing strategies for business developing
- Handling prospective buyer inquiries
- Pre-settlement inspections
- Pre & post appraisals follow up
- Assisting with auctions
- General administration
The essential requirement for this position:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Hold a real estate license
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work under pressure
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to problem solve and solutions driven
- Process-driven with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Strong reporting and presenting skills
- Be available to work after-hours and weekends
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
