Real Estate Sales Specialist    Position: Full Time / Part Time       Location: Brisbane and Gold Coast

As a sales specialist at Invest & Co, you will receive ongoing trainings and mentoring from our senior members. You will need to perform the following duties:

    • List and sell properties
    • Build customer relationships and liaise with clients, lawyers, building inspectors, mortgage brokers and banks
    • Communicate with customers, make phone calls, and send emails on a regular basis
    • Maintain high customer satisfactions and seek feedback from clients
    • Assisting with open homes and inspections
    • Conduct necessary marketing strategies for business developing
    • Handling prospective buyer inquiries
    • Pre-settlement inspections
    • Pre & post appraisals follow up
    • Assisting with auctions
    • General administration

The essential requirement for this position:

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Hold a real estate license
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work under pressure
    • Self-motivated and highly organised
    • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Ability to problem solve and solutions driven
    • Process-driven with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
    • Strong reporting and presenting skills
    • Be available to work after-hours and weekends
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills
