Urgent and Emergency Repairs:

It is very important that you report any urgent or emergency issues immediately.

If the urgent repair occurs outside office hours and your property manager cannot be contacted, please contact one of our preferred trades people:

Urgent Repairs are generally classified as:

  • A burst water service
  • A blocked or broken toilet system
  • A serious roof leak
  • A gas leak
  • A dangerous electrical fault
  • Flooding or serious flood damage
  • A failure or breakdown of the gas, electrical or water supply
  • Any fault or damage in the premises that makes the premises unsafe or insecure
  • A serious fault in a lift or staircase (contact the body corporate as displayed at your property)
